You can delete your account directly from the Shiduchim app:

1. Open the Shiduchim app
2. Go to your Profile
3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
5. Confirm your decision

Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

• Send an email to privacy@shiduchim.io
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
• Include the email address associated with your account
• We will process your request within 3 business days

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Profile Information: Your name, bio, preferences, and all profile details
• Photos: All photos you uploaded
• Messages: Your conversation history
• Matches: All your matches and likes
• Preferences: Your matching preferences and settings
• Activity Data: Your usage history within the app

After account deletion:

• Most data is deleted immediately
• Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in our backup systems
• We may retain certain data as required by law (e.g., transaction records, legal compliance)
• Anonymized analytics data may be retained but cannot be linked back to you

Please note:

• This action is permanent and cannot be undone
• If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through your device's app store
• You will lose access to any remaining premium features
• If you change your mind, you'll need to create a new account
