Shiduchim maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior that exploits or endangers minors. This includes:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Grooming or solicitation of minors
• Any content sexualizing minors
• Attempts to contact minors for inappropriate purposes
• Sharing, distributing, or requesting exploitative content involving minors

We work proactively to prevent, detect, and remove any such content from our platform and report violations to the appropriate authorities.

Shiduchim is strictly for adults aged 18 years and older. We enforce this through:

• Registration Verification: Users must confirm their age during account creation
• Date of Birth Collection: We collect and verify date of birth information
• Terms of Service: Users must agree to our terms which explicitly state the 18+ requirement
• Account Removal: Any account found to belong to a minor is immediately terminated

If we discover or are notified that a user is under 18, we will immediately delete their account and all associated data.

We employ multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent harmful content:

• Photo Review: Profile photos are reviewed to ensure compliance with our guidelines
• Automated Detection: We use technology to detect and flag potentially harmful content
• User Reports: Users can report suspicious accounts or content directly through the app
• Human Review: Flagged content is reviewed by trained moderators
• Proactive Monitoring: We actively monitor for signs of policy violations

If you encounter any content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, please report it immediately:

• In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button on any profile or message
• Email: safety@shiduchim.io
• Emergency: If a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement immediately

All reports are treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality. We respond to CSAE reports as our highest priority.

When we identify or receive reports of CSAE-related violations, we take immediate action:

• Immediate Account Termination: Violating accounts are permanently banned without warning
• Content Removal: All violating content is immediately removed from our platform
• Evidence Preservation: We preserve relevant evidence for law enforcement
• Authority Notification: We report violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies
• No Appeals: CSAE-related bans are permanent and not subject to appeal

Shiduchim fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation:

• We respond promptly to valid legal requests for information
• We proactively report suspected CSAE to NCMEC via CyberTipline
• We preserve account data when required for investigations
• We work with international authorities as applicable
