How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from within the Shiduchim app.
Can't Access the App?
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to privacy@shiduchim.io
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request within 3 business days
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data.
Data Retention
Account deletion is processed within 3 months. Some data may be retained for legal or safety reasons.
Before You Delete
Please note:
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through your device's app store
- You will lose access to any remaining premium features
- If you change your mind, you'll need to create a new account
