When you enable AI features (Digital Shadchan):

• Your messages are processed by AI to analyze conversation context
• Your profile data is shared with AI to personalize suggestions
• AI responses are generated in real-time and logged for quality improvement
• Third-party AI services (Anthropic) process data under strict privacy agreements
• Venue recommendations use Google Places API with your general location

You can opt out of AI processing at any time by disabling the Digital Shadchan in your chat settings. When disabled, no conversation data is sent to AI services.

We may share your information with:

• Other Users: Your profile information is visible to other users as part of the matchmaking service.
• Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate the app (hosting, analytics, payment processing).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within 3 months, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

Shiduchim is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has provided us with their information, please contact us.
